Miami County Recovery Council provides services to those struggling with addiction and mental health issues, on a sliding fee scale, based on a client's ability to pay. Services include assessments for substance use disorders (drug abuse, alcohol abuse).

Conducts diagnostic assessments of substance use concerns, symptoms, and behaviors. Provides referral to further treatment as necessary.

Provides a 24-hour entry point to treatment for substance use disorders. Services include the following: - Physical evaluation and level of care determination. - Care coordination to create a short-term treatment plan. - Recovery coaching. - Initiation of Medically Assisted Treatment (if appropriate). - Connects patients to local substance use disorder treatment services for ongoing treatment.

Adult Inpatient and Outpatient Assessments and Admissions – 24/7

Provides comprehensive behavioral health services including mental health assessment, outpatient mental health treatment, pharmacologic management/psychiatric services, case management (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment), alcohol and other drug services, and crisis intervention.

Provides weekly contact, visitation and counseling.

Provides mental health assessment, community based psychiatric support (in the home and in the schools), general counseling, psychiatric disorder counseling, and psychiatric medication management. Counseling is offered in group, individual, and family formats.

The individual's use of alcohol and/or drugs is evaluated in order to determine an appropriate treatment plan and goals that are specific to each participant as they begin the recovery process and continue in sobriety.

Provides an opportunity for someone who is under the influence of a chemical substance, but not exhibiting withdrawal symptoms, to be admitted for observation. Nurses will monitor the patient. A history will be taken to determine whether or not they are appropriate for inpatient or outpatient care.

Provide inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Medical detoxification, inpatient rehabilitation, partial hospitalization, extended residential treatment, family education program, continuing care groups and comprehensive discharge planning.

Offers inpatient, partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment options for individuals struggling with alcohol or other drugs.

Inpatient Drug Detoxification

Conducts a comprehensive, diagnostic evaluation and assessment which identifies each client's problem. This assessment is used to recommend a method of treatment to best meet the individual's needs. Includes taking psychosocial information, diagnostic testing and collateral data from family, employer, etc.

Offers Medication Assisted Treatment to clients that meet service requirements.

Provides individually tailored education and treatment for clients. Professional staff are committed to exceeding the requirements and expectations of clients in a positive atmosphere of flexibility, trust and respect. The substance abuse services provided can be customized based on client needs and include comprehensive drug and alcohol assessments and/or evaluations.

Provides central intake services for individuals experiencing mental health issues or substance use.

Provides assessment, intensive and non-intensive outpatient treatment, and counseling for those with substance use disorders.

Provides inpatient drug and alcohol detox programs using a combination of medication, counseling and case management services to help individuals begin the road to recovery.
