Inpatient addiction treatment services provide for treatment care in an overnight setting for inpatient detoxification. Besides comfortable overnight accommodations, patients are provided with meals and can take advantage of the patients' lounge, exercise equipment, group activity, therapy sessions, and other amenities.

Provides an intensive substance abuse treatment program for eligible individuals. Program includes work with the counseling team in group and one on one therapy sessions. Includes consistent attendance is required for six hours (one hour/week for six weeks)of psychotherapy courses in self-acceptance, rejection, coming out issues, internalized homophobia and other topics. Participants must attend seven 12-step meetings per week.

Provides assistance in locating drug rehab services, and education videos to discourage drug use.

Provides 3 to 5 day inpatient medically assisted detoxification process supported by physicians and a counselor.

Pickaway County Public Health, in partnership with Hope Valley Recovery, Circleville Vineyard Church, and Integrated Services for Behavioral Health, is excited to announce the arrival of three new Harm Reduction Vending Machines in Circleville, with a fourth on the way. These machines are designed to provide free, 24/7 access to lifesaving and wellness supplies that promote public health and safety throughout Pickaway County. Each machine will include: - Naloxone (Narcan) kits - Fentanyl test strips - Safer sex kits - Medication and sharps disposal options - First aid kits - Hygiene and menstrual supplies - COVID and pregnancy tests - Winter and summer care kits (socks, hats, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.) - Bottled water.

Assist clients with serious mental illness to become more self sufficient by assisting them with resources and services to meet their needs.

Offers support groups for individuals who are recovering from a substance abuse issue. Meetings are offered at various times and locations in the area. Meetings are in-person, by phone, or virtual by Zoom or other similar platform.

Offers a SUD (Substance Use Disorder) aftercare treatment center with a comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder program treating the whole person - medically, psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally. Provides a multi-disciplinary program utilizing an abstinence-based and disease-concept model of treatment. Family members are encouraged to attend one (1) session each week with client.

Clinical behavioral health services include: - Psychiatry - Counseling (both mental health & substance use) - Assessment - Home based services.

Offers a free, confidential hotline as a treatment information and referral service for individuals and families facing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Maintains information about substance use disorder treatment facilities, mental health facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations throughout the United States. Provides printed and online materials that are appropriate for individuals and families of individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorder related issues.

Provides outpatient mental health services, including individual counseling, substance use disorder. Focus is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Naomi House is: - For women in recovery, women in recovery who have infants, or women in recovery who are pregnant - A recovery residence, where rent is on a graduated rent structure. It is their home. With grant support, new moms will be exempt from rent for a period of time. - A place where supportive services are conducted – parenting, healthy living, food preparation. - Where an on-site house mom will help the residents with their recovery, parenting, establishing a positive, productive life. - Where recovery coaches, parent mentor, recovery navigator will work with the residents on the skills and knowledge to gain long term recovery - Where the residents can participate in treatment programs, including medication assisted recovery and support group meetings. - Where participation in recovery events will be encouraged. - Where the residents, when they are ready and able, will be encouraged to gain employment.

Provides safe withdrawal medication and a management plan to help ease your physical cravings so you can focus on recovery. Common medications prescribed include buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). Addiction medicine research indicates that combining medication, individual counseling, group therapy, and social support provides the best chances for long-term recovery.

All clients referred to CRBHS will undergo an assessment process whereby biospychosocial information is collected and problems and concerns are identified. As a result of the assessment process, a treatment plan will be developed Matching the client with services that will best meet his or her needs. As the foundation of treatment, the assessment is very thorough and may take more than one session. All assessments will be completed by one of our licensed therapists. Identification and assignment of any AoD or Mental Health diagnosis if applicable, will be determined at the conclusion of this assessment.

Individual Counseling, Case Management, Crises Intervention and Pyschiatry

Conducts a comprehensive, diagnostic evaluation and assessment which identifies each client's problem. This assessment is used to recommend a method of treatment to best meet the individual's needs. Includes taking psychosocial information, diagnostic testing and collateral data from family, employer, etc.

Provides partial hospitalization substance use disorder treatment to men and women in a group setting. Meals are included. Program includes individual and group counseling, case management, nursing services and medication management, and family education.

Provides substance use disorder screening and assessments for adolescents and adults on a walk-in basis during open access hours.

Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Serves all of Franklin County; (CMS) provides ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Opioid Maintenance Treatment services for clients with a diagnosis of opioid use disorder (OUD) determined by DMS and ASAM criteria. Services include: medication management, SMI.co-occurring disorders, and community-based services.

Provide comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment.
