Provides structured programs and interventions to help people in recovery make the cognitive, behavioral, and attitudinal changes that are necessary to prevent them from returning to their previous patterns of alcohol or other drug abuse. Aftercare programs provide continued support for recovering individuals who have completed an Oriana House treatment program. Meeting locations vary.

Conducts a comprehensive, diagnostic evaluation and assessment which identifies each client's problem. This assessment is used to recommend a method of treatment to best meet the individual's needs. Includes taking psychosocial information, diagnostic testing and collateral data from family, employer, etc.

Provides a 24-hour entry point to treatment for substance use disorders. Services include the following: - Physical evaluation and level of care determination. - Care coordination to create a short-term treatment plan. - Recovery coaching. - Initiation of Medically Assisted Treatment (if appropriate). - Connects patients to local substance use disorder treatment services for ongoing treatment.

Offers a comprehensive holistic addiction treatment program for adult women. Our system of care includes residential substance use disorder treatment centers and outpatient program. Each treatment program provides coordinated clinical and wellness services. Care plans are personalized to meet individual treatment needs. The goal of treatment is to help adults achieve a sound basis in recovery, establish a continuum of healthcare, and a knowledge of how to manage the chronic conditions of addiction and mental health disorders.

Group offering education, encouragement and support to anyone whose life is effected by an ostomy. Family members, and people considering an ostomy are welcome. Meets on odd months at Humility House 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown; and even months at St. E's Boardman 8401 Market Street in the Woodland Room. Parking is free and light refreshments are served.

Provides several court-ordered programs, including adult marijuana, outpatient chemical dependency, intensive substance use education and driver intervention; also provides non court-ordered programs, including intensive outpatient treatment for substance use and individual and group counseling.

Provides a community-based residential facility that offers non-medical treatment services in the context of a 24-hour, supervised drug and alcohol-free environment for men who are recovering from substance use disorders.

Provides a coaching program for people who want to quit using tobacco. Trained counselors guide and support the client throughout the quitting process using phone calls, text messages, and a quit plan maintained through a phone app and/or web site. Eligible, enrolled clients receive a free, four-week supply of nicotine replacements (in the form of patches, gum, or lozenges). If the caller has insurance, and it is a company that is working with (funding) the quit line, they may be able to receive up to an 8 week supply.

Provides local, affordable, comprehensive outpatient care, all under one roof, designed for each individual patient. This approach has been proven most effective for treating opioid and other substance use disorders.

Community-based education on opioid overdose prevention, reversal, and opioid addiction treatment. Includes training on how to use Narcan and distribution of Narcan kits to participants.

The Matt Talbot House serves to assist chemically dependent men in re-establishing their self-esteem, self-worth, and self-respect in a structured environment. Their purpose is to provide the community a unique approach to the recovery process by offering an alcohol and drug-free housing environment for men thoroughly committed to making recovery their primary objective.

Provides suboxone substance abuse treatment program that includes medication-assisted treatment.

Offers educational and prevention programs that provide alternatives to drugs and violence. Includes a TV/Radio program that focuses on current issues of interest to teens. Staff are also available to do training on prevention issues for health professionals, commercial groups, schools, and community-based organizations.

Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment for adolescents and adults on a walk-in basis during open access hours.

Provides in-person and virtual comprehensive outpatient substance treatment services. May include medication-assisted treatment, individual counseling, group counseling, and case management.

Provides drug-free transitional housing with supportive services including an Employment Training program for men. Offers an interim, family-oriented environment and a provision of basic needs (resources or referrals) while participants build a healthy support network. Support services are Christ-centered, requiring attendance at a weekly Bible study, group devotions, community service, and other program requirements.

Works to create an environment that is healthy and free from harmful substance abuse and use. The Coalition strives to motivate the community, to support healthy lifestyles, and to eliminate underage use of drugs and alcohol.

Provides counseling for children and young adults who have mental health issues or exhibiting a variety of problematic behavioral issues including anger, sexual or physical abuse, bullying, risk-taking behaviors, social problems, family relations, and grief, trauma and loss. Also provides Alcohol and Drug Assessment and Treatment Services, which treats youth who have co-occurring mental health disorders with substance abuse. Outpatient services include individual, family and group therapy.

Offers rehabilitation and detoxification services to veterans struggling with substance abuse. Services include screenings, follow-up care, alcohol and opioid detoxification services.

Provides an overview of substance abuse and addiction. Provides information on making healthy lifestyle choices. May be used to fulfill first-time offender requirements.

Our assessments are in-person evaluations to determine the nature and extent of an individual's unique needs for recovery. We offer PHP, IOP, and OP addiction assessment services.
