Provides in-service training and materials to school staff. Program goal is to educate students on the science behind how the brain works, the effects of drugs on the brain, and the process of addiction. Each lesson engages the student in discovering how to promote good brain health, and explains how abusing substances harms the brain and body. Follows curriculum developed by the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Offers a curriculum that is developmentally-appropriate, educator-friendly, and science-based. The series is called Brain Power for grades K-8, and The Brain for grades 9-12.

The goal of the Safe Point program is to reduce the rapid rise in disease by providing clean needles along with education about risks of sharing needles. The program is not designed to merely distribute needles, rather the needles are a way to educate participants so they can be encouraged to seek treatment and/or assisted in navigating the medical or mental health systems during their road to recovery. Needles currently on hand have all been donated. Program participants will not be arrested for drug paraphernalia-related issues when coming to or going away from SafePoint; however, drug use on or near the premises is prohibited.
The Logan County Health Department is a distributor of the drug, Naloxone, as a part of the Ohio Department of Health's Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided With Naloxone) program. Anyone wishing to get the drug must go through a short training to go over the risk factors and how to use the kit and what follow up may be necessary. Free, virtual classes are available.
Clinical behavioral health services include: - Psychiatry - Counseling (both mental health & substance use) - Assessment - Home based services.
Offers residential sober housing program consisting of an individualized inpatient program with clinical programming, group therapy sessions, random drug screening, and 12-step meetings.

Offers information to help people who wish to control their dependence on nicotine including self-help manuals and various programs. Programs may be offered in person or virtual. Specific progams include: - Freedom From Smoking program: Developed for adults with eight (8) sessions and features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. - Not-On-Tobacco (N-O-T) program: Developed for ages 13 to 19 with curriculum consisting of 10 50-minute sessions that typically occur once a week for 10 weeks.
Provides a kit that contains strips that can test for the presence of fentanyl or xylazine in an opiate, naloxone, a prescribed nasal inhalant that reverses an opioid overdose. Kit includes 2 vials of medication, 2 nasal attachements, an instructional DVD, and a small tip sheet on how to recognize an overdose. Will receive instruction on how to recognize and respond to an overdose (as well as distinguish between different types of overdose) and how to administer intranasal Naloxone to reverse the opioid overdose.

Aftercare programs provide continued support for recovering individuals who have completed an Oriana House treatment program. Meeting locations vary.
Conducts drug and alcohol screenings and assessments to determine if an individual is dependent upon or abusing any chemical substance. After assessing the nature and extent of the abuse, outpatient group counseling is provided.
