Nami Family To Family Education Program | National Alliance On Mental Illness (NAMI) - Ohio

OFFERED TWO TIMES DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR -- SPRING AND FALL. Family to Family is free class for family members, partners and friends of individuals with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder (Manic Depression), Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or other major mental health disorders and co-occurring brain disorders /addictive disorders. It is a series of 12 weekly classes structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. Helpful for professionals and law enforcement. Evidenced-based curriculum. Qualifies for CEU's . This course will help you learn to cope successfully with a major challenge in your life, and that, in turn, will help your loved one as he/she works toward recovery.
