Provides riding therapy in conjunction with prescribed goals for students as prescribed by physicians, physical, occupational and recreational therapists, psychologists, teachers, and parents.

Provides three different levels of care ranging from minimal to total care. Offers nursing, dietary, and medical care as needed. Also provides recreation therapy and social services. A veteran may be admitted for one to two weeks twice per year.

Provides opportunities for supervised leisure activities for those with developmental disabilities, and a way to earn money through art.
