Provides clinical evaluations to evaluate and determine the mental or emotional status of the client and will make referrals for treatment.

Provides a variety of behavioral health services, including psychiatry, psychology, social work, counseling, and care coordination. Goal is to help individuals cope with the stresses of life, enhance relationships, and improve overall mental and emotional health. Topics may include adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, emotional trauma, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, sexual abuse, sleep problems, and stress management. Service includes assessment and possible observation for 23-hours.

Provides a mental health diagnostic assessment to determine the issues or problems facing the client and to aid in determining the course of treatment. Client does not have to be involved in any of the agency's programs in order to make use of this service. Cannot do custody evaluations.

Provides intake assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family or group counseling to meet identified needs regarding mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

Provides assessments of adults, children and adolescents with psychiatric difficulties and prescribes medication if warranted. Monitors the effectiveness of the medications and possible side effects. Meets with family members, attends treatment teams, and works with hospitals to coordinate treatment when indicated.

Offers general and psychiatric disorder counseling, clinical evaluations, medication monitoring, and case management. Services include adult intensive unit; support, education and advocacy; financial and budgeting management (Representative Payee); and partial hospitalization.

Offers immediate intervention for persons in psychiatric crisis by a clinician and a psychiatrist. Provides an evaluation and therapy, prescribes medication when necessary, and refers patients to appropriate inpatient, outpatient, or specialized service provider. - NOTE: PES is not a medical emergency facility. The program's proximity to area hospitals allows quick access to physical care.

Harbor works to help children be successful in the home, school and neighborhood by providing services that include counseling, psychological testing, psychiatric evaluation, community based services, community psychiatric supportive treatment, home health services and evidence based treatments

Offers competency and sanity evaluations, expert testimony, and the forensic monitoring of probationers and parolees for adults involved with the criminal justice system.

Offers mental health assessment, community psychiatric support, counseling, therapy and pharmacological management.

Provides involuntary psychiatric evaluations and possible commitment of persons who are mentally ill and pose a danger to themselves and/or others. This is referred to as having someone "probated" and should be used as a last resort. Other avenues for assistance such as the police or a mental health agency should be utilized first. Persons who want to have someone probated will file with the court and receive an Order of Detention. Once this order is received, the order is taken to the police department the same day. At that point, the order must be carried through. The police will then pick up the probated individual, take the individual to the hospital, and within 24 hours, a psychiatric evaluation will be done. A court date for a hearing is then set and will be held within five court days, or ten calendar days after the person is taken to the hospital. At the hearing, it will be decided if the person should be committed or released.

Offers specialized assessments of the individual seeking service, based on the symptoms the client is experiencing. Assessments may be psychiatric or psychological.

Provides psychiatric evaluation, appropriate mental health treatment, medications if indicated, follow up, and linking to ongoing psychiatric care for eligible individuals. Care teams include Nurse practitioners who can prescribe meds, psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, care coordinators, and client services representatives. Service includes an onsite pharmacy.

Offers a coordinated specialty care program for individuals age 10 to 25 at clinical high-risk for psychosis.

Provides a wide range of counseling services.

Provides behavioral and mental health services including: assessment services, individual and group mental health case management services, individual and group behavioral health counseling and therapy services, pharmacological management, targeted case management, crisis intervention and psychological testing.

Provides a variety of outpatient services and assessments for mental health and substance use disorders. Services vary by location and may include comprehensive assessments, individual and group counseling, psychiatric medication services, urine drug screening (UDS), and Intensive Outpatient.

Provides medical care to treat common illnesses or injuries that need immediate attention but do not require a visit to emergency room. The first floor includes a full service pharmacy. The second floor provides primary care and chiropractic services as well as occupational health medicine.

Offers outpatient mental health services for youth and families. Treatment services may include diagnostic assessment, psychological and/or psychiatric evaluation, individual counseling, group counseling, and family therapy.

Offers assessment and counseling services to children with emotional, learning and developmental problems as well as severe mental illness. Provides medication monitoring for appropriate pharmaceutical treatments at some sites. Does psychological testing at some sites also. Services include Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (Case Management) Counseling/Psychotherapy Mental Health Assessment (Diagnostic Assessment) Pharmacological Management Prevention and Consultation Services Psychiatric Interview.

Provides diagnostic mental health assessments and evaluations. Will recommend and/or provide referrals to specific treatment programs and services.
