Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Provides a wide range of mental health services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and care coordination. May include support for: depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, behavioral problems, stress management more.

Diagnostic Assessments are offered by appointment only. Intake must first be completed. If a Diagnostic Assessment has been completed in the past year at another agency, that will be accepted.

Assesses individuals for outpatient mental health services based on their presenting problems, medical history, and other background information. Following assessment a treatment plan is formulated and appropriate treatment begins.

Provides walk in Psychiatric Urgent Care services and will allow patients access to a mental health and medical professional without an appointment. Prescribed medications can be obtained the same day and follow up mental health services for continued medication management is also available.

Provides central intake services for individuals experiencing mental health issues or substance abuse.

Assist clients with serious mental illness to become more self sufficient by assisting them with resources and services to meet their needs.

Coordinates access to outpatient mental health services and/or psychiatric hospitalization and residential treatment facilities in a community by evaluating the nature and severity of an individual's mental health problem, determining which service response would best meet the needs of the patient, doing an eligibility assessment, and providing a referral to (or facilitating placement in) an appropriate program or facility.

Provides intensive family and community-based treatment program targeting youth with severe psychosocial and behavioral problems. These individuals are usually chronic offenders between 12 to 17 years old, deeply involved with delinquent peers, experiencing problems at school or with truancy, and engaging in substance use.

Provides diagnosis and psychotherapy to individuals (children, youth, adults, and older adults), couples and families. Provides assessment of the social, psychological, financial and health needs. Does not provide psychological testing.

Outpatient services provided in the areas of mental health, substance use disorder (addiction recovery), primary care and infectious disease. Offers mental health counseling including EMDR. Psychiatry and case management services available. Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) available. Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working. To be diagnosed with depression, the symptoms must be present for at least two weeks.
