This program targets accountability and thinking errors and is designed to include education, assessment, and group therapy to help the offender towards accepting responsibility for the offense. This program is designed for non-violent sexual offenders and address victim empathy, family of origin issues, remorse, social competence skills, life skills and interpersonal relationship management.

Individual therapy can be an incredible tool to help clarify goals, process and heal from painful or traumatic experiences, improve relational and social skills, assist in decreasing negative coping strategies while building to replace them with positive coping skills, and more. It can be a tool for your emotional wellbeing and growth towards your authentic self.

Offers psychotherapeutic treatment for children whose problems interfere with their development or who are functioning on a level younger than their age. Addresses problems developed while dealing with experiences such a sickness or a death in the family. Works with the child and the child's parents.

Offers individual and family counseling, marital and couples counseling, anger management and parenting groups to help those experiencing a wide range of life problems. Provides community based programming including case management, Adolescent Suicide Prevention Programming (ASPP), Parent Education Empowerment Resources and Support (PEERS), and Strengthening Families programming.

Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Provides counseling to deal with a variety of life transition and other general counseling issues. Includes counseling around health problems, issues of loss (bereavement, grief) , counseling for issues that arise after the birth of a child, marriage counseling, and general counseling for youth. A mental health counselor addresses emotional aspects of infertility at one location. Not all services are offered at every location.

Provides a broad range of individual and group mental health counseling as well as specific counseling for bereavement and sexual abuse. Individual counseling services consist of a series of time limited, structured sessions that work toward the attainment of mutually defined goals as identified in the treatment plan. Group Counseling is provided to a number of clients with similar mental health issues. Groups are structured and time limited and focus on specific mental health issues.

An integrative approach focuses on managing challenges to mental health, processing trauma and moderating risky or addictive behaviors in a holistic way that is tailored to meet your own unique needs. Counseling is available in either an office or home setting, sometimes using telehealth technology to make sure you get the support you need for a more healthy life.

Offers medical, dental and vision services for low-income residents in Columbus. Also provides short-term behavioral healthcare with counseling, group counseling and case management. Recovery supportive services available for those with substance use and addiction issues. Also assists with Medicaid enrollment. Provides HIV/STI testing and other prevention services, including PrEP. Provides HIV care and case management and linkage to care.

Offers outpatient mental health services for youth and families. Treatment services may include diagnostic assessment, psychological and/or psychiatric evaluation, individual counseling, group counseling, and family therapy.

Availability may vary by area, but counseling can be for: anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual health and intimacy concerns, bereavement counseling, brain injuries, child and adolescent counseling, critical incident stress debriefing, divorce, family issues, gambling addiction, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender issues, general counseling, marriage counseling, parent education, pastoral counseling, postpartum counseling, sexual assault counseling, sexual/love addiction counseling, substance use disorder counseling.

Provides a variety of counseling and treatment services to the community. Services include anger management, teen and traditional parenting classes and alcohol and other drug assessments. Most services provided on an outreach basis: in client's homes, schools or other community settings.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Individual counseling is provided via telehealth for those who have the capability. Patients who walk in can use a SH tablet to talk with their counselor. If absolutely necessary they will be seen in person. Case managers are available remotely and a Walk-In Case Manager is on site every day. New assessments are being conducted by phone or via telehealth (secure video). Those who are unable to participate in telephonic group (conference call), will receive individual counseling. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. If someone brings a patient/client they will be asked to wait outside.
