This warmline provides on-going after-hours support, basic mental health coping skills, community information/referral information, problem-solving and a caring individual to listen. The warmline encourages individuals in their recoveries at home and towards involvement with SafeHaven daily services.

Recovery Zone offers a warm peer Line for those living with substance use disorders or seeking mental health support.

Provides an opportunity for persons with mental health or addiction challenges and their families to receive non-judgmental peer support by phone. For those, not in crisis but needing caring feedback from a peer, the Warmline helps to reduce feelings of isolation for those experiencing a bad day or having a difficult time.

Provides an informational warmline with people who answer calls from people with heart disease and heart attack survivors and their families, providing support and helpful information or just a listening ear. Although everyone at the ASA’s national call center is qualified to answer questions about stroke, the Warmline team members have some particularly special experience: either they are stroke survivors themselves or have a family member who is.

Offers a warmiline/helpline for the lonely, the depressed and those struggling with personal problems. Also provides a Reassurance Program whereby volunteers, when requested, make daily wellness checks on friends or family members. Callers can talk as long as they want, knowing that their feelings and concerns will not be judged.

Provides information and referral services for lung health. The Lung HelpLine is open 7 days a week. Counseling is free of charge, and there is no limit to the number or length of calls.

Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services to Ashtabula County residents. Satellite locations at 216 Main St. Conneaut, and 500 W. Main St. Geneva.

Offers a free, confidential helpline that provides mental health support for moms and their families before, during, and after pregnancy. Individuals who contact the helpline may receive real-time emotional support, information, resources, and referrals to local or telehealth providers for further care.

Provides telephone and email peer-counseling, as well as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. Callers of all ages can use the hotline for questions about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, HIV/AIDS anxiety and safer-sex information, and lots more. All services are confidential.
