Offers Methadone, Buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment to ease the symptoms of withdrawal and craving for opioids.

Provides a drug and alcohol services seminar for court-ordered youth. Seminar is 8 hours on designated Saturdays, held at Sinclair Community College.

Provides anonymous, need-based syringe exchange. Participants receive needed syringes and can receive bleach kits, condoms, antibiotic cream, fentanyl test strips, referrals, and information. Will also test individuals for HIV/AIDS, especially regular clients (encourged to get tested every 3 months).

Provides a problem gambling prevention program for youth. Participants receive guidance on making good choices with the objective of modifying attitudes, beliefs, and gambling behaviors. Education includes the history and realities of gambling, identifying the risk factors and signs of problem gambling, fallacies about gambling, calculated risk and the assessment of situation involving risk, and decision-making and problem solving skills.

Lighthouse Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is geared toward those with less sobriety time and significant issues with substance use disorder and mental health. The PHP clients meet with nursing staff as well as with a psychiatric provider to help stabilize medical and mental health conditions. PHP requires 20+ hours of weekly group counseling sessions. In this group, clients will gain education and basic tools to help them with the beginning stages of recovery.

Offers a wide range of services to address the needs of patients and their families dealing with emotional, behavioral or developmental problems of their children and adolescents. A comprehensive, team approach brings together psychiatry, psychology, specialized pediatrics, counseling, parent support specialists, social work and nursing to help with every aspect of a child’s treatment.

Provides supervised, structured, full-day daytime activities for men who have problems related to substance use disorder, who need treatment that is more intensive than an outpatient program but do not require 24-hour hospital care and are currently drug and/or alcohol free. Offers recovery housing for those who require a safe drug-free environment.

Interpreting, captioning, case management, advocacy, life skills, assistive listening devices, sign language, classes for public and family members of the Deaf, Youth Enrichment and Recreation Club, school and summer programs, college internships.

Provides behavorial health for feelings of depression or anxienty, drug and alcohol use, smoking, and overeating.

Provides short-term individual grief counseling for people experiencing anticipatory grief or coping with a loss.

Provides several programs to promote prevention of substance use, alcohol use, and tobacco use. Presentations are targeted to youth.

Provides inpatient and outpatient detoxification for those with substance use disorder problems. Can be for narcotics and/or alcohol.

Provides a 24/7 crisis hotline for people whose emotional distress may range from difficulty coping with daily pressures to a psychotic episode. Includes immediate assistance for those experiencing suicidal feelings.

Offers testing of individuals to reveal the use of any illegal substances they may be using. May be for pre-employment screening, random employee drug testing, post-accident testing, court-ordered testing, or another purpose.

Provides substance use prevention education to individuals who are pregnant and at risk for using alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs. Case management services are also provided to individuals meeting diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder.

Provides support and referrals to appropriate local resources addressing the awareness, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing.

Provides residential treatment for children with autism in a highly structured treatment and life-skill training program with 24 hour supervision. Focuses on developing communication and life skills to allow residents to return home or to a less-restrictive setting. Program is designed to meet each individual child's needs.

Community Behavioral Health Workers meet with you in your own home or anywhere practical supports are needed for improved behavioral health and general well-being. Extensive use of mobile technology allows us to work directly with you wherever you may be on the road to a better way of life. All of our supportive services are offered within a relationship-based framework of Collaborative Helping. Community behavioral health workers operate in careful alignment with primary care, child welfare and other cross-system partners.

Offers an anonymous hotline to report bullying within the schools of Wellington Exempted Village Schools District.

Offers individual and family counseling for children, adolescents and adults who have been diagnosed with cancer and for their loved ones.

Provides substance abuse assessments, crisis intervention, outpatient group counseling and medical assisted treatment for individuals needing help with drugs.

Offers diagnostic assessment, counseling, medication, partial hospitalization, and supportive services for persons with severe mental illness. Provides clients referrals and advocacy to help them meet specific treatment goals.

Provide services in office, in home and through video telemedicine. Provide individual, group and family comprehensive outpatient counseling and case management; alcohol and drug assessments; alcohol and drug treatment - IOP, individual and group counseling; trauma informed EMDR specialist; grief counseling; anger management; truancy and domestic violence intervention programs. Court approved programs for Batterer's Intervention and Parenting.

Provides diagnostic and treatment services including counseling and medication for youth and adolescents. Home based services may be available.

The Local Outreach to Survivors of Suicide (LOSS) Team is a group of local volunteers who want to help those who have lost a loved one to suicide. When a completed suicide occurs, team members will respond to the scene along with the first responders. The LOSS Team will attend to the needs of the survivors from a safe distance, away from the scene. The goal of the LOSS Team is to help those who have lost a loved one to suicide feel supported from the very beginning of this tragic loss, and to inform and educate them about the services available to help them through such a difficult time.
