Alcohol Chemical Treatment Series (ACTS) is a 12 week outpatient program with educational information that covers the physical, psychological, and emotional changes associated with alcohol or chemical abuse. Program is approved by judicial system of Muskingum County.

Works to get those in a substance addiction crisis, including opiates, into the quickest available treatment. Communicates with detox and treatment providers to find and place those in need. Goal is to provide a structured and meaningful path of care for each of the program's participants.

Provides an acute care inpatient treatment for substance abuse (alcohol or other drugs). They do request family involvement; however, it is not required. Programs use a holistic approach. If needed they will refer individuals to a longer care substance abuse treatment facility. Offers individuals aftercare services, including an online resource. Also, provides alumni support groups.

Provides support for individuals who may have questions or concerns about domestic violence, and for those who are in immediate danger and in search of a safe home for themselves and their children.

Provide Pack N Play portable cribs and Safe Sleep Survival Kits to families and caregivers that are unable to provide a safe sleep environment due to financial hardship. Survival Kit contains a sheet for the Pack N Play, a sleep sack for the infant, a bedtime storybook and educational materials for the parents. Family must come to Board of Health office to pick up Pack N Play and receive instruction on proper assembly and use before taking Pack N Play home.

Provides mental health counseling for adolescents on a walk-in basis during open access hours.

Offers short-term general mental health counseling for ages 18 years and up. Most insurances accepted.

Has opioid rescue box/opioid overdose emergency kits outside that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Involves drug free Franklin County students, grades 9-12 in Franklin County workshops, rallies, school assemblies and a summer conference. Offers youth leadership program where teens make decisions about the program with weekly youth advisory board meetings. Junior Youth to Youth serves students in grades 6-8.

Provides outpatient treatment services for adolescent, youth and their families. May utilize a community based approach which provides treatment in the home, school or at the agency, parental and family involvement is encouraged

Offers improvement of behavioral health through mental health consultation and education, to diminish the stigma of mental disabilities, and to foster a better understanding of one's self, family, children or marriage.

Provides in-home and community based mental health screening and counseling services for children, youth, and their families.

Provides confidential crisis intervention via text by dialing 741-741, 24 hours a day. A live, trained crisis counselor will receive the text and respond quickly, asking what the crisis is and then help inquirers out of a moment of crisis and work to create a safety plan.

Provides in-patient care for psychiatric services for referred patients

Promote awareness, prevention and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing. Help line provides basic information, support, and resources; Online Support Groups; Loss and Grief Resources.

Provides diagnostic and treatment services including counseling and medication. Psychiatric services are also available through telehealth.

Provides at no cost to income eligible, homeless and foster care families. The program allocates 10% of the participant slots for children with diagnosed special needs. Also focuses on school readiness and is child is evaluated to increase child's cognitive and social-emotional development.

Psychiatric emergency room care is available.

Offers administration of Suboxone to control patient addiction in a safe and healthy manner. Suboxone combines Buprenorphine, an opioid medication and Naloxone, an opioid antagonist which work together to control the addiction and mitigate urges leading to relapse.
