Parents and teachers work together to establish goals for the child to accomplish throughout the program year. Parents are encouraged to volunteer in their child's classroom or volunteer in other ways that may benefit the program. Community members are also welcome to volunteer. Some opportunities include:

Offers volunteer opportunities for individuals interested in helping with the agency's camp programs. Responsibilities include caring for health and safety of each camper, working in the kitchen, cleaning the camp, and working to maintain a positive environment for the children.

Actively seeking individuals who are willing to volunteer without remuneration to assist with clerical office work, Reentry program, Community Engagement, construction work, and/or youth programs. Youth programs including the RICH Kids Enrichment After School program, Bike Shop program, Summer Camp program, Studio program, and Open Gym program.

Project Woman offers transitional and other supportive housing solutions for survivors of domestic or intimate partner violence and sexual assault. Goal attainment plans wrap intensive supports including housing advocacy, case management, empowerment education and clinical supports. Housing is based on availability and eligibility.

Actively seeking volunteers to assist with agency operations. Areas of volunteerism include meal program, donation sorting, maintenance, administration, youth programs, and special events/fundraisers.

Provides volunteer opportunities for those interested in helping with office/clerical duties, yard and grounds maintenance, fund raising activities, recreation and sports related activities, child care, and being a front desk greeter. There are also limited opportunities to help with communications and marketing, as well as assisting with computer and Internet needs.
