Provides information to businesses about volunteerism and volunteer opportunities and arranges placement for employees (as groups or as individuals) in volunteer service projects. Consults with businesses in developing community involvement strategies that benefit businesses, employees and the community. Also offers board referral and training services (see "Board Training and Referral" service group), as well as volunteer consultants, who are able to provide up to 20 hours of volunteer service in areas such as human resources, marketing, technology and finance.

Volunteers link with local neighbors in need, and can select volunteer tasks or projects that fit their skill set, from the online project board. Provides referrals to places that offer volunteer opportunities within Geauga County. Opportunities range from short to long-term situations to youth or court-ordered opportunities. A 2-1-1 Resource Navigator will search the 2-1-1 database to find volunteer opportunities that meet the client's interests, needs, and eligibility. Does not offer screening or conduct interviews.
