Provides a range of Alzheimer's disease and all dementia-related support groups.

Provides support and education for families who have children with Down syndrome.

Monthly topics specific to young adults with cancer.

Offers a monthly support group for parents and professionals working with school aged children and a monthly support group for adults affected by Asperger Syndrome, High Functioning Autism, Pervasive Development Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (PDD/NOS) and other spectrum disorders. Other activities offered throughout the year for both groups.

Provides a group for young adults going through their own cancer journey. Group will meet up to have fun, relieve stressors, and find community.

Invites anyone affected by cancer to attend the monthly education and support group to help you learn from other people with cancer. Finding out how others respond to cancer might help you understand your own feelings. Learning how others manage the special problems that cancer brings might help you find your own ways of coping with the problems that come along for you.

Provides opportunities for participants to share their experience, strengths and hopes, discuss important decisions regarding treatment and care or whether to adopt, learn new coping strategies, and come to terms with the stresses and emotions that are part of the infertility experience. Offers peer-led support groups, professional led support groups, and online support communities. Groups may be held in-person or virtually.

Hosts a monthly support group for people with Parkinson's Disease and their loved ones or caregivers. Brings in speakers and doctors from various local agencies to speak about important issues related to Parkinson's Disease and other health-related topics. - Meeting are run by Right at Home

Provides a group where those with food addiction issues can get support to deal with their struggles. Program is based on the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Provides support, care and compassion for those living with a diagnosis from cancer, whether they are a patient, family member, caregiver or friend of someone living with cancer. Program provides a wide range of resources and services to assist patients and families on their journey. Support services include patient and caregiver support groups, educational classes and programs, expressive and creative arts, music therapy, children’s support programs, special events and retreats. The JamesCare for Life programs are offered for anyone who wants to learn more about ways to enhance emotional, psychological, and physical well-being at any point along the cancer journey.

Provides mutual support groups whose members are people who have liver disease, their families and friends. The groups provide an opportunity for participants to share information, practical tips for daily living and encouragement about issues related to the problem. Also provides online chat groups and bulletin/message boards.

Provides an Adult Chronic Illness Peer Support Group.

Offers support groups whose members are individuals diagnosed with cancer, their families and friends. Includes specialized groups for individuals with Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Blood Cancers, and Life After Cancer Treatment. Provides an opportunity for participants to share information, practical tips for daily living and encouragement about issues related to their situation.

Provides a support group for adults affected by sickle cell anemia.

Offers support group for patients and their families where information, education and feelings can be shared in a comfortable and caring environment.

Offers an abstinence-based self-help program for people coping with addictive behavior. Addictive behavior can arise both from an over-involvement with substance use, such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, and prescription and non-prescription drugs, or activities such as gambling, sexual behavior, eating, spending, relationships, and exercise. A 4-point scientific program, rather than a 12-step spiritual philosophy, is used to increase self-reliance. Groups are supervised by addiction professionals. The program does not offer individual counseling or treatment.

Casual support group meetings for individuals who have been affected by Huntington's Disease. Large group and small group circles so that the needs of those with the disease, those without and those who are at risk can be met.

Provides the opportunity for those who have had HIV/AIDS for an extended period of time and who are doing relatively well to meet with others in their situation in a group that is facilitated by a professional and to get support and share concerns.
