COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Those who are unable to participate in telephonic group (conference call), will receive individual counseling. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. If someone brings a patient/client they will be asked to wait outside.
