So we encourage participation in group therapy to help you accomplish your goals and start feeling better faster. Our group counseling gives you time to share your thoughts and feelings about recovery in a supportive environment with others on a similar journey. Group participants heal relationally by asking questions and receiving encouraging feedback from others with similar experiences.

Professional educators provide community programs and screenings to promote health and wellness. Programs include Women in Touch, Healthier at Home, Resource Mothers, Fatherhood Support, Centering Pregnancy, Hispanic Health, Stepping Out, Prescription Assistance and community health events for men and women. Screenings include blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, osteoporosis, body fat, balance, and carbon monoxide.

Provides an informal support group/class for mothers who are pregnant or have a baby under one year of age. Group is led by an experienced mother, and particularly covers topics such as c-sections, babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), breast feeding, and the challenges of multiple births. Mothers have the opportunity to ask questions and to socialize. The babies under age one can be brought to the meeting.

Provides a self-help non-profit organization which offers emotional support to families grieving the death of a precious child of any age and from any cause. TCF offers support to parents (and anyone in a guardianship role), grandparents, and adult siblings, and we have local chapters across the United States.

Sponsors twelve-step mutual support group meetings within the local community to assist alcoholics and their families and friends in overcoming their drinking problem through mutual support at regular meetings. Offer meetings for specific populations (LGBTQ, Men and Women only groups). Some groups provide proof of attendance at meetings for those who are required by the courts to attend these meetings. Child care may be available for certain groups.
