Fitness program that includes light stretching, low-impact aerobic exercises and line dancing (for those who choose to participate). Blood pressure screenings are offered as part of this program, but it is not required that someone participate in the fitness component in order to receive the screening.

During the winter, aquatics programs are held at the pool at Lakewood High School.
