Provides a membership program that includes the following: equipment orientation, use of Fitness Center, fitness classes, open swim, open gym, racquetball, child care service (designated hours for household memberships only), and special membership rates on all programs.

Offers a variety of athletic and recreational activities/programs including: karate, scuba diving classes, pre- and postnatal fitness classes, swim classes for children ages 6 months and up, and a variety of other programs and activities.
