Offers a variety of athletic and recreational activities/programs including: karate, scuba diving classes, fitness classes, swim classes for children ages 6 months and up, and a variety of other programs and activities.

Offers a character building program of experiential learning through running. Teaches self-esteem as well as social and personal skills. Provides a non-competitive 5K event. Trained volunteer coaches lead small teams through a research-based curricula, which includes dynamic discussions, activities and running games to encourage positive emotional, spiritual, social, mental and physical development.

Offers health supportive services: glucose testing, blood pressure screening, exercise programs, Arthritis self-help support group, Medicare and Medicaid assistance. Vial of life available, and other health related issues addressed through educational trainings.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: Country Neighbor will temporarily suspend the congregate meal service in our dining rooms and programming activities in both Andover and Orwell effective Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, April 3, 2020 due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. The offices will remain open for other services. Country Neighbor meal site attendees are being notified of the suspension and will be offered the opportunity of receiving home delivered meals during this period. All Country Neighbor staff will continue to take health and safety precautions including sanitizing and disinfecting vehicle services, washing and sanitizing hands and other measures to reduce risk of disease transmission. Dance fitness classes focusing on styles of Latin, Bollywood, and Hip Hop. Instruction led by Aurelio Diaz. Participants are encouraged to dress accordingly and bring water, as well as a chair if in need of rest.
