Provides a fitness and weight management program for adults. Services include personal health and fitness assessments, educational health talks, individual food log reviews, supervised exercise training, home exercise recommendations and follow-up.

Deliver free non-perishable food items to Trumbull County residents age 60 or older or disabled under 60 who are low income and homebound. Grocery deliveries are made twice a month for free.
