Offers the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program. Provides outreach workers who visit with individuals who are experiencing homelessness and have mental health and/or substance use concerns in their communities. Outreach workers may provide information about and connection to mental health and substance use services and other supports.

Offers a street outreach ministry where volunteers prepare sandwiches, soup, treats, and drinks for individuals who are homeless or low-income in Akron. Distributes prepared food, tents, sleeping bags, blankets, winter clothing, some hygiene items, and other items as available to meet basic needs of individuals who are homeless or low-income in Downtown Akron.

Provides services to embrace, educate and empower those whose lives have been impacted by homelessness, poverty or addiction. These services include: - Weekly donated meals - Food take away items - Clothing and personal care items - Harm reduction kits - Fentanyl Testing Strips - Naloxone Kits - Hepatitis A Vaccine Clinics - Advocacy for our clients.
Provides a drop-in center for ages 12-21 with a hot meal, clean clothes, use of laundry and computer services, community resources. Street Outreach also assists with many youths 18-21 years who are homeless and have aged out of the system.
