Provides tents, clothing, food, blankets and necessities. We also help obtain identifications, assist in finding employment, housing, and transportation. Services only extend to the homeless that are living on the streets. Shower services, and Street Clinic are available on designated days .

Works on an individualized development plan for success which includes one on one support, case management and linkages specific to the young persons desired goals. Also has dedicated team members that serve as Coordinated Access Rapid Resolution (CARR) for central Ohio youth system housing program.

Street outreach program aimed at addressing the urgent needs of the homeless population with Opioid and stimulant use disorders in Knox County, Ohio. The project's primary objective is to provide essential services and support to facilitate the transition of homeless individuals out of their current situation and assist in rebuilding their lives and prevent eviction.

PATH stands for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness and provides assistance to individuals who are homeless and have serious mental illness. Offers mental health services and follow-up case management for people who are on the streets or in homeless shelters. Services include crisis assessment with a psychiatrist, nurse and case manager who identify persons in need of assistance and offer psychiatric evaluation, stabilization, treatment, limited medical care and follow-up case management.
