Provides 2 group homes for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (DD). Services for residents include training and assistance in self care, daily living skills, and social and recreational activities. Can serve children who, in addition to DD, have complicated medical or emotional challenges. Each location serves six youth.

Services include: personal care, skill development, health and safety planning, medical care coordination, medication administration, health and fitness activity, social and recreational pursuits, nutrition planning, meal preparation, access to religious community, financial management, and transportation.
