Programs may include use of gymnasium, swimming pool, track, instruction in sports, arts and crafts, games, and drill teams. Computer classes are available at one site, and computers are available to use at two sites. Participants typically help to determine programming for each site. Programs are often staffed by school personnel.

Provides college students with programs designed to equip them with skills, practical work experience and insights necessary to become successful in business, technical and/or allied health careers. Services include mentoring and leadership development activities. The goal is placement in a job following graduation, preferably with the sponsoring business. Also provides a support group for the parents of participants, who meet to assist the development of their children, to further their own professional development, and to plan fundraising activities. There is also an active alumni group.

Offers a 2 year comprehensive residential housing program for single mothers (18 years and older) with 1 or 2 children (5 years or younger). Provides child care, housing, life skills training, counseling and the opportunity to continue their education and/or work.

Offers two coaching program focusing on life skills, service, leadership, and education. One program (From Me 2 U) is for high school aged youth and is offered in four formats: community-based, school-based, and residential. During Summer, the program partners with Youth Opportunities Unlimited, to add a workforce component. School-based learning allows participants to incorporate classroom skills into a safe community environment while developing team-building skills. Participants gain skills to help them identify as community members while fostering independence. Residential is designed to replace risky behaviors and activities with positive protective factors by improving decision-making and critical thinking skills, increasing engagement in drug-free activities, increasing participant's network of positive peer supports, and developing community awareness about prevention efforts. The other program (Becoming Me ) is for young adults in college and offers life coaching and internships.

The Ohio cooperative Extension Service, an educational outreach arm of the Ohio State University-OCES, conducts research-based and interests in agriculture and natural resources, community development, family strengths, nutrition, diet and health, and 4-H youth development and leadership.
