Provides training in basic mediation, conflict resolution, and de-escalation to individuals, agencies and organizations. Volunteer mediation opportunities are available for those who complete the training program.

Provides an 8-week therapeutic group for teens, who have experienced family violence or teen dating violence.

Presents workshops which provide students with the opportunity to experience programs which teach self-esteem, cooperative skills, peacemaking, and violence prevention. Diversity training is also available. A team leads the programs using discussion and problem solving exercises.

Provides community education program designed to education youth and adults regarding settling conflicts in a non-violent manner and to promote violence prevention and awareness.

Services provided: *Peace Camp, a one-week summer program that focuses on teaching conflict management skills. *Free 3-day mediation training in May for teens. *Workshops on Conflict Management Skills, Mediation Resources, Peace Education, and on Children's Literature that Promotes Peace are available for a fee as well as consultations regarding Peace Education Curriculum and implementation. *Alternative to violence class in Clark County Schools *12 hour mediation training for teachers and others with Peace Center, City of Springfield Mediation Service and Clark County Common Pleas Court Mediation Services

An intensive, interactive approach of at least 5 sessions with a certified coach to help couples implement RINGS and PREPARE/ENRICH content. Emphasis is upon practical skills to build communication and conflict resolution skills.

Provides a resource center as well as special continuing education and professional development workshops/seminars and conferences about topics such as the environment, global security, conflict management, classroom management, and cultural diversity. Maintains a resource library with materials available to the public and teachers. Holdings include materials about active teaching, arms control, conflict resolution, critical thinking, diversity, energy issues, environmental concerns, global security, international relations, military spending, multicultural issues, nuclear power and proliferation, nuclear waste, war and peace, youth violence, and bullying prevention. A program about environmental issues includes use of a large balloon and exercises to develop awareness about the environment.

Offers a comprehensive service, the Map for Healing & Recovery program, a fast track guide to help anyone, physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually, including life purpose. We also provide personal coaching/mentoring for individuals, couples and families. We offer an optional, spiritual, inner healing prayer for deeper hurts and general prayer support for all participants. We teach about and officiate baptisms. We can also help some of our members in need with other job and life skills and other assistance. Volunteering can often be "therapeutic" and there are dozens of rewarding ways to help, in person and virtually. We also have regular social events. All services are offered in person in the Dayton area and online, anywhere in the country.

Offers small group sessions to help students address anger, self-esteem, conflict, and self-management. Academic intervention is provided as needed. Provides support to strengthen family relationships by promoting empathy, communication skills, stress reduction, accountability, setting limits, honoring boundaries, and exploring meanings and messages about identity.

Provides conflict resolution and mediation training to individuals, community organizations, schools and businesses. Training workshops range from 4-40 hours. Professional continuing education credits are available. Customized trainings are available upon request. A 3.5 hour Eviction Prevention Workshop for Professionals is available for helping professionals to learn how to help tenants avoid eviction.
