Licensed community health workers are assigned to enrolled pregnant women to provide 1 or 2 in-home, monthly face-to-face visits that will continue until the child is 2 years old.

Attendees can earn credits that can be exchanged for baby items that range from baby diapers to strollers and cribs, based on the number of sessions that participants complete.

Program targets youth who are pregnant, youth who are parents, as well as children in placement with teen parents. Provides education, support and parental modeling, while utilizing existing community services.

Provides two support groups, one for breastfeeding mothers, offered in a group setting, but individual advice and attention from a lactation consultant is provided. Many classes are available in Spanish. Participating mothers earn "Baby Bucks" and participating fathers earn "Dad's Dollars" by attending or participating in classes. The "Baby Bucks" and "Dad's Dollars" vouchers can be used towards the purchase of diapers, formula, and other baby items.

Provides Community Health Workers (CHW) that assist pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and up to their child’s first birthday. CHWs provide outreach, health education, care coordination and advocacy. They bridge the gap between communities and the health and social services system while advocating for individual and community needs. Services are individualized and adjusted for each women's needs.

Provides residence for expecting mothers between the ages of 13-21. Main priority is to foster the healthy growth of adolecent mothers through high quality provisions and activities designed for them to succeed.

Provides a program to help young parents deal with their dual role as adolescent and parent. Parenting classes, life skills education, and case management (to link the client to appropriate community services) are provided.
