In-home services are available on an as needed basis; homemaking can be provided up to 2 hours per week. Services provided contingent on funding availability.

Call the Aspire Ministries Connection Center to talk with a volunteer or schedule an appointment to come in to work with someone who can help determine which agencies may be of help. 1. The program provides benefits and services to families who are in need of help with essential support to become self-sufficient. The PRC Program is designed to: •Prevent families from having to apply for OWF cash assistance when a crisis arises; •Help families retain employment by enhancing job skills , overcoming barriers and providing short-term assistance or wage supplementation if necessary. •Provide for contingent needs by helping families with nonrecurring urgent problems that could, if left unattended, result in families needing long-term public assistance. •Support families receiving OWF with services to enable them to become self-sufficient. Examples of short-term assistance through PRC include: •Shelter and utility assistance •Transportation assistance •Employment Related Supportive Services

The Healthy Homes and Franklin County Home Repair programs provide health and safety-related home repairs for homeowners. These programs help homeowners improve the functionality of their homes so they can live in safe and comfortable environments.

Provides home repairs and rehabilitations for income eligible homeowners. Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, roof, gutters, furnace, ADA modifications, water heater, electric panel and other health and safety needs. Offers two (2) programs:

• The Home Repair Program provides no-cost upgrades and fixes for qualified homeowners. This grant-funded program requires no repayment by the homeowner.
• The Home Rehabilitation Program offers more extensive repairs and upgrades for homes. Assistance will be in the form of a declining-forgivable loan. There is no monthly payment, and no interest will be charged. No credit check is needed.

100% of the amount borrowed will be forgiven over (5) years provided owner continues to own and occupy the home. NOTE: Funding varies from year to year and might not always be available.
