Aspire Ministries maintains a current list of available church ministries, community resources and agencies that may be able to help anyone in their current situation. Call the Aspire Ministries Connection Center to talk with a volunteer or schedule an appointment to come in to work with someone who can help determine which agencies may be of help. 1. Receive request for help. Requests are received either directly from a person in need or the person in need is referred to the Aspire Ministries office by a network church or local agency. 2. Assess the need. Specially trained Aspire Ministries volunteers or staff screen the request for extent of need and legitimacy, and discover any deeper issues fueling the crisis. 3. Provide help. The request is referred to the most appropriate Aspire Ministries partner church, agency, or organization. Volunteers swing into action, providing whatever resources or outreach programs are appropriate to address the need(s). 4. Follow up. Volunteers follow up to ensure the need was met and to offer prayer and spiritual support from churches. Aspire Ministries offers assistance to anyone in Marion County who is in need. Assistance may be available for the following needs:

  • The Home Repair Program provides no-cost upgrades and fixes for qualified homeowners. This grant-funded program requires no repayment by the homeowner.
  • The Home Rehabilitation Program offers more extensive repairs and upgrades for homes. Assistance will be in the form of a declining-forgivable loan. There is no monthly payment, and no interest will be charged. No credit check is needed.
100% of the amount borrowed will be forgiven over (5) years provided owner continues to own and occupy the home. NOTE: Funding varies from year to year and might not always be available.
