The computer will call a subscriber's phone at a predetermined time, if there is no answer the software prompts the computer to place another call, if that one is not answered the computer will call a designated person. If there is still no answer the computer will generate a report to the dispatcher. A paramedic and/or a Xenia police officier would then be dispatched to the residence.
