Some of the services offered include: an identification emblem (necklace or bracelet) engraved with their medical condition that is recognized by emergency and medical professionals; a 24-hour phone number; a wallet card (additional fee) and seat belt ID holders (additional fee).

Provides assistance in meeting the costs of medicine and emergency needs when no other means are available. There is a limit of $400/calendar year ($200/semi yearly) for assistance with medication grants. There is a one-time/year amount of up to $100 for emergency grants. Emergency needs may include, but are not limited to, utilities and car repair. Offers transportation assistance in the form of mileage reimbursement, bus passes, and cab vouchers (on an emergency basis) for dialysis and transplant patients. Makes available personalized medical alert tags. No assistance is offered for rent, mortgage, or lease payments. Also offers financial assistance to those with kidney disease who are pursuing higher education.
