Offers transportation assistance in the form of mileage reimbursement, bus passes, and cab vouchers (on an emergency basis) for dialysis and transplant patients. Makes available personalized medical alert tags. No assistance is offered for rent, mortgage, or lease payments. Also offers financial assistance to those with kidney disease who are pursuing higher education.
