Matches the newcomer with a mentor of the same ethnicity or nationality who can guide them to community resources, as well as assist with English and provide professional networking opportunities. Also provides pre-job guidance, including interview skills and resume assistance.

Offers services to help Arab Americans adjust to life in America and assists Arabs dealing with immigration issues. Services include referrals to medical, legal, and social services, lists of businesses and organizations who have employment opportunities, and assistance with immigration such as helping complete forms to be submitted for review, filing petitions, and checking on filing status and cases pending. Can assist with power of attorney for foreign citizens.

Offers support and assistance for family concerns, food and health issues, housing and legal services, employment services and personal needs.

Offers case management, and job search assistance to individuals who have lived in the U.S. for fewer than five years.

Provides a program that helps refugees and immigrant newcomers to greater Cleveland increase their English-language competency. Also provides cultural exchanges and employment opportunities to build refugees’ capacity for self-sufficiency and community engagement. This is not a resettlement organization. Most services are provided to clients who have been clients of greater Cleveland's resettlement organizations by providing follow-up services to assist with language tutoring and other basic needs.

Works with local parishes, churches, and community organizations to enlist their support in helping to welcome refugees and immigrants, and assisting them with adjusting to life in the United States.

Offers assistance to refugees and immigrants as they adjust to their new home and community. Provides English language classes to immigrants whose first language is not English. Childcare may be provided during classes. Also provides citizenship assistance to prepare individuals for the US Citizenship exam. Resume building and job search assistance are offered as well.

Provides social services to families and individuals experiencing barriers with accessing public benefits and community resources. Services include (but are not limited to) public benefit application assistance, resource education, referrals to access community resources, and replacement of vital documents.

Provides assistance to immigrants who are seeking asylum in Cleveland. Helps with the transition from dependency to self-sufficiency by assisting with housing, food, and transportation needs. Some services include delivering meals, providing bus passes and bicycles for transportation, coordinating English lessons, and linking newcomers to the large immigrant community already in Cleveland. Also tries to help families with children get registered for school.
