Seeks to integrate refugees into American society economically and socially, while helping to maintain cultural heritage. Offers a variety of services including Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) and Refugee Social Services program (RSSP). RCA and RMA are limited to the first 8 months from the date that the refugee enters the United States. Social services for refugees are available to a refugee for the first 5 years after arrival in the United States.

Welcomes and resettles refugees and those seeking asylum in the United States. Eligible individuals receive basic needs support, employment and health care services, and cultural orientation.
Assists immigrants with obtaining short-term case management, accurate up-to-date information on new laws and procedures, and online green card renewals. Provides additional support services including: - Citizenship classes to prepare eligible immigrants for the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) citizenship exam. - English instruction in preparation for formal English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes. - Mobile Mexican consulate visits (for consular services such as passport renewals and consular IDs). - Clinics and special events (immunization fairs, legal clinics, know your rights information). - Coordination of services with Lorain County Free Clinic. - Referrals to American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). - Referrals to constituent services from congressional representatives and government agencies. - Advocacy and educations with Lorain Ohio Immigrants Rights Association (LOIRA).

Program serves as a community initiative that promotes integration of immigrants into the Greater Dayton community. Provides resources for immigrants seeking access to education, government, health, social services, economic development, equity, justice, and arts.
Connects immigrants to various resources in the Greater Cleveland area. Provides employment search assistance. Matches the newcomer with a volunteer of the same ethnicity or nationality who can guide the immigrant to various cultural and community resources as well as assist with English and making professional networking opportunities. Also provides pre-job guidance such as interviewing skills and resume help.

Most services are provided to clients who have been clients of greater Cleveland's resettlement organizations by providing follow-up services to assist with language tutoring and other basic needs.

Offers services to incoming refugee families for the first 90 days following their arrival. Provides reception and placement services for refugees. The program's case management staff works closely with arriving refugees as they learn how to navigate their new life in the United States.

Some services include delivering meals, providing bus passes and bicycles for transportation, coordinating English lessons, and linking newcomers to the large immigrant community already in Cleveland. Also tries to help families with children get registered for school.
