Chat Pals' mission is to promote friendship through developing caring connections with others. Provides a telephone-based or video-based (Facetime or Zoom) program designed to be a support system, providing emotional support and companionship to people in the community. The purpose of the program is to bring people together based on like-minded interests and experiences so that a friendship can be formed remotely. By developing friendships, it will combat the negative effects of social isolation and loneliness.

Home Visitors provide on-going home visits in the home; focus on improving prenatal health habits and infant care giving skills; provide information on child's health, growth, education and development through the Parents As Teachers program; provide screenings for health, hearing, vision and development; connect families with community resources and services. Offers free education on how to understand and manage your breathing problems, use your medications correctly and breathing exercises which can help you manage shortness of breath and continue to be active. Through our COPD Outreach program we help you “breathe easier” and stay healthier.
