The program expands learning beyond the regular school day by providing students and families with a range of high-quality services to support student learning and development, including tutoring, homework help, academic enrichment, clubs, family events and community service opportunities. At the same time, programs help working parents by providing a safe environment for students during non-school hours. Services vary according to program location and grade levels served.

Provides before and after school care for children in grades K-5 who reside in the Xenia Community School District. Full day care is available during winter breaks, spring breaks, and on most school holidays.

Before school care is available at Lagonda and Simon Kenton Schools 6:00 am - 8:30 am - busing is provided to the other schools. After school care is available from school dismissal time until 6:00 and serves all 10 elementary buildings at Lagonda, Mann, Perrin Woods, Snowhill, and Warder Park - busing is provided from the other buildings. Operates the Summer School Age Program from June - August.

School Age Child Care has limited space. A $50 deposit secures a spot for the upcoming school year. Register by August 1, so that bus routes can be turned in to the Piqua City School Transportation Director. When school is canceled, delayed, has early dismissal, or late arrival we are available from 6:30am-6pm. A sack lunch is required if your child is here all day.

HUB Kids is an after school program. During the school year, HUB Kids are there from after-school until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Summer hours vary. The HUB provides a welcoming, safe, and structured environment for local youth to hang out with old friends and meet new ones, receive homework help, eat, engage in activities, and develop social and life skills.

Provides camper with fun and stimulating activities which lead to the development of teamwork skills, leadership skills and lifelong friendships. In addition, campers gain an understanding of the YMCA’s character development values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.

Offers a full-time day care center for children ages 6 months to 6 years old. Open to the public, however children of University personnel and U.D. students have first priority.
