Children with Medical Handicaps (CMH) is a health care program for children ages birth-21 years. CMH links families of children with special health care needs to a network of providers and helps families obtain payment for the services their children need. Conditions that are eligible for the program include AIDS, cancer, cerebral palsy, cleft lip/palate, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, scoliosis, hemophilia, hearing loss, juvenile arthritis, metabolic disorders, and severe vision disorders.
Program provides assistance for older individuals who seek to maintain independence and live in their own homes or apartment.
