Providing Adult Day Health Programs services, supportive care and programming for older adults with special needs. Primarily serves the Talawanda School District, southern Preble County and College Corner, Indiana.
Offers structured activities in a supervised adult day care environment for memory impaired and physically frail adults ages 62 and up. Accepts patients with Alzheimer's whose diagnosis is mild to moderate. Transportation is available within a ten mile radius of the center and lunch and snacks are served.

Offers a therapeutically oriented, ambulatory day program to military veterans only. Provides health maintenance and rehabilitative services to frail individuals in a congregate setting. Lunch is provided.

Provide in-home support and coaching to families with children under 3 years old. Arrange support for people 3 years old and up through their lifetime, if needed. Provide funding to individuals so they can choose provider agencies who support them to engage in their community through day services, recreation and employment.
