MRSI's adult day support offers small group settings that teaches new skills and knowledge.
Provides a secure social environment for adults with declining or limited physical and cognitive abilities due to impairment, stroke, or dementia. - Note: Provides breakfast, hot lunch and afternoon snack, full time nursing services (care plan, health monitoring, medication administration, physical orders), personal care assistance (transferring, eating, toileting, bathing), and therapeutic and social activities.
Assisted living and memory care facility. Provide an alternative to nursing homes for adults who need some support with the activities of daily living, but do not need full time nursing care and wish to retain a high level of independence. Access to housekeeping and laundry services, recreational and social activities, and religious pastoral care available. Features 3 dining rooms, 2 activity rooms, a chapel and secure courtyard.

Offers supervised programming designed to maintain / increase independent living skills. The Program looks at the individual skill levels and develops a plan to provide goal-oriented programming. Assessments are necessary before admittance into this program.
Offers day programming designed for individuals who flourish in environment that provides more dedicated supervision and assistant than traditional day program or workshop settings. With a goal of enhancing daily living skills, developing social connections, cultivating self-confidence and individual interests. Enables participants to take part in an assortment of instructional in-house activities, including exercise, crafts, cooking, puzzles and games. Also offers a wide-range of community-based outings that are designed for social integration, including: music lessons, libraries, bowling, Metroparks excursions, museums and visits to area attractions and sporting events.
Offers a daytime program for older adults which includes, limited available transportation, one meal, snacks and activities, such as arts and crafts, day outings, exercise, and musical programs.
Offers programming and services for individuals living with dementia, and for physically or cognitively challenged adults. Provides regular, ongoing daily care as well as short-term respite care. Offers medication management, with meals that are catered to each individual's needs and overseen by a dietician. Provides both social and medical model of care.

Program provides in-home alternatives to nursing home care for eligible individuals. Services include: a personal care plan to meet the individual's needs at home by arranging an appropriate mix of services to supplement care provided by family members and friends. Eligible services include: adaptive and assistive equipment, assistance in the home with health activities such as taking medications appropriately and other health-related activities, with case/care management, adult day care, chore service, home medical equipment and supplies, emergency response systems, home delivered meals, homemaker services, independent living assistance, minor home modifications, nutrition consultation, personal care services, medical and non-medical transportation. Program also administers the Pre-admission Review process that determines the level of care for persons who want to enter Medicaid-certified nursing homes and periodically offers vendors training on dealing with elderly/disabled individuals.

Provides adult day support and vocational services for individuals with intellectual and/or development disabilities. Day support and vocational training are available separately or together. The adult day support program offers a variety of activities including; art therapy, community outings, music therapy, special events and more. Vocational services provide training and support to develop customer service, financial, and other skills needed to obtain and maintain employment.

Regularly scheduled service delivered at an adult day center (center) in a non-institutional, community-based setting. Adult Day Service includes recreational and educational programming to support a consumer's health and independence goals; at least one meal, but no more than two meals per day; and, sometimes, health status monitoring, skilled therapy services, and transportation to and from the center.
Provides a wide range of services for individuals, family and friends of people affected by epilepsy and those with developmental disabilities. Services include information and referral, advocacy and case management, non-medical transportation, work skills lab/job coaching/community employment, prescription and benefits assistance, peer support groups, family support network, family camp, and quarterly education programs (Living With Epilepsy series).

Larger activities can include but not limited to, COSI, the Columbus Zoo, Columbus Clippers, the Wilds, Theater productions, Dayton Airforce Museum & many more. Provides many free to low cost off site activities and all transportation.
Plans, coordinates, and develops services for older adults. Provides funds by contracting with organizations that provide direct services to older adults and people under 60 with a disability. Monitors contracted providers and advocates for needs of older adults. Programs include: Senior Community Services, Family Caregiver Support, Passport, Assisted Living Waiver, Ohio Home Care Waiver, Specialized Recovery Services, Senior Farmer's Market Program, Wellness Programs, Long-term Care Ombudsman.
