Women’s Center–East offers free medical-quality pregnancy tests as well as ultrasound evaluations, abortion information, and consulting on pregnancy decisions. All services are free and confidential to ensure that decisions made about a client's health are based upon sound, factual medical information in a comfortable, professional center.
