Provides a variety of services where an individual has "adopted" a colony of unsocialized, outdoor cats and needs to spay/neuter the animals to contain the population. Service includes providing humane trap rental for trapping of the animals prior to service, spaying/neutering, rabies vaccine, feline distemper vaccine, and clipping the left ear of each cat while under anesthesia to identify it as spayed/neutered.
Provides a program to reduce the population of free roaming, wild, feral cats. Cats are humanely trapped and then brought on site where they are neutered, vaccinated, and given a general medical exam. They are also eartipped (a tiny portion of their ear is snipped) to signal that they have been "fixed". The cats are then returned to their outdoor home – to live out their lives in a managed colony. Nuisance behaviors, like fighting, spraying and yowling are dramatically reduced. Will NOT assist in the capture of wild animals - humane traps are available to rent.
