Rescues dogs from the Lorain County Dog Pound before they are euthanized. Strives to find new adoptive families willing to make a lifetime commitment and be lifetime companions for each rescued dog. All of dogs have been examined by a vet, brought up to date on their vaccines, spayed or neutered, fecal and heartworm tested.

Our humane agents cover the entire Richland County. We rely on our community to inform us of any violations. If you wish to make a complaint please call or e-mail. All personal information offered is kept anonymous. Please be patient. Our county is large. Our two agents go out on calls and do their best to check as many as possible while out. Offers horses hope, shelter, and opportunity regardless of their situation or problems. Be it psychological or physiological we are committed to addressing the individual needs of each rescued animal. Our work begins with developing an individual diet, treatment regiments, and a training program for each horse according to its needs. When a horse has been sufficiently rehabilitated we go about the work of finding appropriate adoptive homes that suit the horse's needs and abilities.
