This is done through person-centered support plans concerning employment outcomes, employment coordination and/or educational services, by linking and referring to the appropriate supports. The EN monitors employment supports to ensure successful outcomes. The EN also focuses on maintaining employer contacts in the community to develop ongoing resources for job-seekers, as well as helping to build the capacity of provider-partners.
