3 day class to prepare the individual for employment. Includes resume preparation, interviewing skills, confidence building activities, and employability skills. Bariers to employment will be discussed and help will be provided to overcome these barriers. The director will help the individual find employment and will work with the employer and employee throughout the first 1-2 years of employment.
