Works with clients and employers to help those wanting to increase their job-finding skills or to find additional work. Staff will help the client look for a job but do not directly provide jobs. Service includes job readiness activities such as resume writing, interviewing skills and techniques, networking, being organized, review of job keeping skills and professional development. Can help with removing barriers such as identification or birth certificate replacement (secondary to becoming a client). Maintains lists of upcoming career fairs. Employers frequently address the group.

Offers resources available to community members who are currently unemployed and looking for employment, or those who want a different or higher paying job. Job Seekers have access to a full selection of resources under one convenient location, Services available include: - Partner services from local and state organizations - Employment and career counseling - Staffed, full service job search resource center with internet access - A host of jobseeker-related services including resume development, job leads, (link to hot jobs) and interview skills brush up - Veterans services - Access to education and training providers - Vocation rehabilitation services for those with a disability - Connections to other supportive services - CCMEP Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program. Mandatory for all OWF recipients ages 16-24.
