Works to help adults with developmental disabilities achieve the highest level of independent function possible. Each new client receives an individual plan which is reviewed as needed. Services include work evaluation, basic skills development, recreational activities for seniors no longer working. A number of supportive services are provided to participants, including communication skills training, recreation and activities, social work, physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Clients in this program may receive limited cash assistance to help them become self sufficient. The program is a 16-week peer/mentor guided assistance in connecting to resource providers, while receiving guidance that promotes pro-social behavior. The program is goal-oriented to lead clients to a healthy, productive lifestyle. While participating in this program veterans are able to request monetary assistance with housing, utilities, food, and clothing.

Provides a program to assist and support those needing to develop and increase job search skills and obtain meaningful employment. Topics include career assessment, interview practice, resume building, time management, workplace etiquette, trauma, communication and conflict resolution and financial literacy. Child care assistance, lunch and breakfast are available, transportation provided if needed. Job seekers will be guaranteed job offers as they complete the program. Job seekers will also receive CVS Customer Service training and certification as well as part of the program. Clients, who may be interested, can be assisted in enrollment in the Culinary Arts Program.
Provide services for developmentally disabled children and adults of Columbiana County. Offers an integrated continuum of education, training and family support services to eligible persons with developmental disabilities, for the entire span of life. Provide after hours emergency services.
