Provides a two-week job assistance program. Services include training and placement. Participants are assessed to identify job skills, then receive instruction on how to apply for jobs online, develop a resume, cover letter and thank-you letters. Participants learn about effective job search techniques, interview etiquette and on-the-job attire.

C-TEC's Postsecondary Center offers over 20 job training programs that prepare adults for careers within a year or less. C-TEC trains the future workforce in health care, skilled trades, manufacturing, information technology, public safety, and personal care services. Serves to provide employment and training services to income-eligible individuals who are disengaged or dislocated from school or work. In addition to the academic and on the job training, participants have the opportunity to meet with a case manager on an individuals basis throughout the program. Staff seek to support participants in acquiring new skills needed to succeed in work, school and life.

From job search and interviewing workshops to training for a different career, we offer a variety of seminars to help you get a fresh start on your career. Workshop sessions cover job search skills, resume writing, interview techniques, finance management, and technology & computer skills. We will partner with you during this career transition period and help you get the training necessary to prepare for the future.
