Provides a two-week job assistance program. Services include training and placement. Participants are assessed to identify job skills, then receive instruction on how to apply for jobs online, develop a resume, cover letter and thank-you letters. Participants learn about effective job search techniques, interview etiquette and on-the-job attire.

C-TEC's Postsecondary Center offers over 20 job training programs that prepare adults for careers within a year or less. C-TEC trains the future workforce in health care, skilled trades, manufacturing, information technology, public safety, and personal care services. Serves to provide employment and training services to income-eligible individuals who are disengaged or dislocated from school or work. In addition to the academic and on the job training, participants have the opportunity to meet with a case manager on an individuals basis throughout the program. Staff seek to support participants in acquiring new skills needed to succeed in work, school and life.
