Provides financial, Medicaid and Social Service benefits to eligible Trumbull County residents who meet the guidelines established by State and Federal regulations. All services are based on available funding and include, but are not limited to: SNAP/Food Assistance; TANF Cash Assistance; Healthchek/Pregnancy Related Services; Medicaid; Child Care; Limited Transportation Services; Child Support Services; Adult Protective Services; Prevention, Retention & Contingency (PRC) program services (i.e., utility shut-off aid; job retention/gas cards, transportation etc.); WIOA/OhioMeansJobs Workforce Development Services; Employment and Training Services for unemployed/underemployed individuals, etc. Also assists with referrals to other agencies that may be of service to Trumbull County Residents.

Provides a comprehensive employment center. Services include Internet-connected computers, workshops and classes, career resources and job search information, labor market information, business resources, layoff and worker dislocation services, and special programs through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Offers free access to telephones, a printer, fax machine and copy machine (available to make copies of resumes and to fax resumes to employers). Provides job postings, community resource information, a Ohio Career Information Center, Labor Market information, books, pamphlets, videos and related materials for client use. Personal assistance is provided, as needed.
Provides employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include career exploration, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community. Also has computers and a fax machine available at no charge.
