Trains and monitors legally blind managers of vending facilities owned by the State of Ohio.
Provides time-limited cash benefits and supportive services to low-income families. Includes transportation allowances and job search and placement assistance. Required to participate in a combination of developmental activities (parenting classes, life skills training, counseling) and/or work/training activities to remain in the program. These work activities may include: - Community work experience. - Job search. - Training. - Education. - Other types of developmental experience that will assist the applicant with overcoming barriers to employment.
Provides a program to assist and support those needing to develop and increase job search skills and obtain meaningful employment. Topics include career assessment, interview practice, resume building, time management, workplace etiquette, trauma, communication and conflict resolution and financial literacy. Child care assistance, lunch and breakfast are available, transportation provided if needed. Job seekers will be guaranteed job offers as they complete the program. Job seekers will also receive CVS Customer Service training and certification as well as part of the program. Clients, who may be interested, can be assisted in enrollment in the Culinary Arts Program.
The Ticket to Work program gives eligible SSDI and SSI recipients access to employment career support and counseling services such as job placement assistance and, if necessary, vocational rehabilitation. In addition, provides a wide variety of "work incentives" to make it easier for SSI and SSDI recipients to work while still receiving health care and cash benefits.

Available services include assessment of skills, interests, training and experience, resume writing, English llanguage instruction, employment “soft skills” training, interviewing skills development, job search, placement, retention and development.

Clients accepted in the program develop a plan for employment with a staff counselor that they meet with periodically during a specified time for follow-up. Services are time-limited. Services include transitional assistance from school to work or college for students who are graduating from high school.

Offers educational and vocational training for eligible youth and young adults. Service includes housing, meals, health care and living stipends during the program, GED preparation, high school diploma programs, job training in carpentry, and career counseling. After completing the program, graduates receive transition assistance that includes job search assistance and interview preparation.

Provides career training and instruction in the culinary arts. Participants receive Serve-Safe certification at the end of the program. Classes are taught by professional chefs. Participants will also have access to paid internships with local chefs and Summer work experiences.
10 week free food service job training program. Teaches food safety and sanitation, basic knife skills, classic cooking techniques, and commercial kitchen operations and equipment use. Graduates can earn Servsafe Manager Certification. Students can earn up to $100 per week based on attendance and participation
