Telehealth is the distribution of health-related services and information via video and telephone communication. Telehealth provides the patient and provider contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, and monitoring through a secured remote connection. Telehealth appointments are completed via video and telecommunication.
Telehealth visits are available for medical and behavioral health visits. Patients with scheduled appointments will receive instructions on telehealth if it is appropriate for their situation.

Spring House Health offers a fresh approach to primary healthcare called "Direct Primary Care" with a focus on school-aged youth and their families (all ages newborn and older welcomed). The fresh approach includes personalized care with extended office hour options, phone and telehealth visits, and affordable access for patients regardless of insurance status- no insurance needed. Medicare and Medicaid patients welcome but no insurance companies are ever billed for spring house health services, including Medicare and Medicaid.
