Women’s Health Program at MVHC provides comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical care by a nurse mid-wife, obstetricians, nurse practitioners and a Centering Pregnancy program. Offers patient education including childbirth education, referrals, infant feeding, parenting and smoking cessation. The following services are provided: - Routine gynecological exams including paps and breast exams - Birth control - Colposcopies - Centering Pregnancy Program - LEEPS - Endometrial biopsies - Pre-natal and post-natal obstetrical care - Coordination of High Risk Obstetrical Care with The Ohio State University Hospital - Prenatal Suboxone program.

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers a fitness program to encourage bone density and nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Hispanic Health program designed to help the Hispanic community have access to medical care, social services and health education. Provide blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings. Health Liaison serves as the link between the Hispanic community and health services. Assistance given to clients in Spanish with appointments and interpretations. The Promotora (community health liaison) teaches basic health education topics in Spanish.

Provides gynecology, obstetrics, family planning, mammograms, bone density tests, and confidential pregnancy testing (blood test). Offers several different classes for expecting parents or for those taking care of a baby. Also offers classes for new dads, new grandparents, new parents Lamaze (prepared childbirth), and siblings, as well as other classes that focus on topics such as early pregnancy, breastfeeding, childbirth for teens, and a childbirth refresher.

Obstetrics and gynecology services, with all childbirth deliveries and surgical procedures being performed at Wilson Health's Family Birth Center and hospital in Sidney, Ohio.

A 731-bed facility which provides full inpatient services including obstetrics, labor/delivery, nursery, pediatrics, pediatric and adolescent comprehensive care, medicine, oncology/family medicine, rehab medicine, surgery, psychiatry (also see separate group for Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Services), trauma, orthopedics, emergency room, a burn center, coronary intensive care, medical intensive care, surgical intensive care, medical records, physician referrals, and neonatal and pediatric intensive care.

Provides ongoing primary care, sports and work physicals, childhood immunizations, annual exams for men and women, disease and condition screenings, prenatal care and sick care for adults, children and infants. Dental, spiritual, behavioral and vision care may be provided for clients. Referrals can be made for speciality care. Also offers nutrition services and diet planning for established patients with diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, obesity and eating disorders.

Provides Obstetrics/gynecology services and family planning services. - Obstetrics/gynecology: Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic and treatment services for women who have a disease or disorder of the reproductive system; offers regular medical examinations to ensure health and detect abnormalities; provides pregnancy tests; and provides care for women during pregnancy, childbirth and the period immediately following childbirth. - Family Planning: Provides assistance for people who want to control the size of their families and the spacing of their children, usually through some form of birth control; who have a problem with infertility; or who have questions about the advisability of becoming pregnant or following through with a current pregnancy.

Provides a broad range of family planning and women's health services, including free pregnancy testing, emergency contraception, family planning education and sex education. Provides HIV testing, sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment, as well as prenatal care and delivery with NFP's certified nurse midwives.

Provides gynecological services for women, including PAP test, breast exams, mammograms, birth control (including Nexplanon implant devices), and pregnancy testing. May be able to provide clients with a limited supply of some prescriptions. Will also help clients access and complete paperwork for patient assistance programs that provide prescriptions.

Provides Certified Nurse Midwives to offer pregnancy, post-partum and miscarriage care, with the goal of improving overall health. Midwives attend births at Fairview Hospital to provide Birth and Doula support. Midwives also provide: pelvic exams, PAP tests, breast exams and scheduling of routine mammograms, family planning including birth control and emergency contraception, treatment of other concerns like yeast infections, sexually transmitted diseases, irregular periods, PMS, sexual health, menopause care and support for women dealing with depression and partner/domestic violence, a nurse advice line, 24 hour provider coverage, breastfeeding and lactation support and consultation, free pregnancy tests, and same day and evening appointments.

The fresh approach includes personalized care with extended office hour options, phone and telehealth visits, and affordable access for patients regardless of insurance status- no insurance needed. Medicare and Medicaid patients welcome but no insurance companies are ever billed for spring house health services, including Medicare and Medicaid.
