Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Medication assisted treatment available for substance use disorder. On-site pharmacy and lab.

All services are free and include comprehensive family medicine care, diabetes management, women's gynecology, rotating specialty care, and on-site lab draws. We do not offer services in obstetrics or dental care at this time.

Dental, Nutrition, Spiritual, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Behavioral Health, Vision and Pharmacy care are available for Primary Care patients. Referrals can be made for specialty care and specialty pharmacy.
