Children’s hospice works in a comprehensive manner to address the physical, developmental, emotional, psychosocial and spiritual needs of the child and family. Other services such as therapy, nutrition or psychological counseling are available as needed. When curing or stopping progression of an illness is no longer a reasonable goal, Hospice provides supportive services, nursing, social worker, home health aids, bereavement counseling, medical equipment, medicine, homemaking, pain and symptom management, spiritual care regardless of ability to pay.
