The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering preventive and primary care to patients of all ages. Medical services will include, but are not limited to: treatment of illness such as ear aches, colds, sore throats, sinus infections and management of chronic disease such as diabetes; physical exams for work, school and sports; well-child exams; immunizations for children and adults; and women’s health including pregnancy tests and Pap tests. Dental services include cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, x-rays, fluoride treatments, oral health exams and oral cancer screenings. Other clinical services include substance abuse treatment and counseling services. Health Center staff will also connect patients with other community services that can help them, including tobacco cessation classes and nutrition counseling. Medical services are available at the East Main Street Danville Health Center location.

Provides free and anonymous and confidential HIV testing with same day results. STI testing is also available- results must be sent to lab so will not be provided on the same day.

Offers services to prevent and control sexually transmitted infections by testing, diagnosis, treatment and prevention education. Clinic has an on-site lab which provides some same day results. The clinic staff provides information about STIs, ways to prevent infections and linkage to other community resources as needed.

The Springfield Regional Wound Care Center is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, outpatient clinical wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Our professional staff is trained to provide a specialized, comprehensive course of treatment to assist in healing your problem wound. During the course of your treatment, our Center will work with your regular physician to assure complete continuity of all your medical services.

Provides an array of women's health services. Childbirth services include prenatal, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care for pregnant women. Care is provided by certified nurse midwives. Also provides related care services including breast exams, mammograms, bone density testing, pap smears, gynecological services, birth control, and pregnancy testing.

Provides low cost screening examinations and mammograms at area locations. Certified nurse practitioners provide cancer screening examinations of the mouth, lymph nodes, rectum, skin and breasts. In addition, women receive a pelvic exam that includes a PAP test. Men are examined for prostate and testicular cancer, and may receive a PSA exam for a minimal fee. No client will be turned away due to inability to pay.

SARNCO provides: •24-Hour Emergency Room Advocacy: Trained volunteer advocates provide emotional support, crisis intervention and referral information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to survivors of sexual violence who are receiving care in local emergency departments. SARNCO also works with Deaf Women Against Violence Everywhere (DWAVE) to provide advocacy to deaf survivors who are receiving care in hospital emergency departments. •24-Hour Rape Helpline: Trained volunteers provide emotional support, crisis intervention and referral information over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to survivors of sexual violence, co-survivors and the community. •Long-Term Advocacy: SARNCO provides long-term advocacy and support to survivors and co-survivors who need assistance working with law enforcement, navigating the criminal justice system and with links to other community service during the recovery process. Long-term advocacy services and free recovery books can be accessed through the 24-Hour Rape Helpline at (614) 267-7020. •Recovery Resources: Recovery books geared toward healing from sexual violence are available at no cost to survivors and co-survivors of sexual assault. Offers a residential program for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease and other dementias. Provides individualized programs and activities that are tailored to the needs of each resident. Residential facility is specially designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimers and other dementias. Services include: assistance with daily living activities, private rooms, housekeeping and structure actitivies (therapy, religious programming, exercise).

Offers confidential HIV / AIDS / STD testing, and provides HIV / AIDS / STD prevention supplies and information. Also provides primary care services and case management for those who are HIV positive or have AIDS.

Offers confidential, free examinations conducted by a nurse who is specially trained in providing care to survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic/intimate partner violence. Examinations may include documenting a history of physical/psychological abuse, assessing and documenting current injuries, and collecting forensic evidence. Nurses also provide guidance to further sources of physical, psychological, and legal assistance.
