Provide Pack N Play portable cribs and Safe Sleep Survival Kits to families and caregivers that are unable to provide a safe sleep environment due to financial hardship. Survival Kit contains a sheet for the Pack N Play, a sleep sack for the infant, a bedtime storybook and educational materials for the parents. Family must come to Board of Health office to pick up Pack N Play and receive instruction on proper assembly and use before taking Pack N Play home.

Offers anonymous HIV testing, screening, and pre and post-test counseling. Provides medical treatment, information and referrals to community resources, and mental health services to persons infected with HIV who are not yet showing symptoms of AIDS. Joint Township District Memorial Hospital can provide sexual assault treatment, which includes an examination for internal and external injuries, collection of physical evidence of the assault, and preventive care and/or treatment in case of venereal disease or pregnancy. A SANE nurse is on staff for adults. SANE pediatric nurses are not available at this location.

SARNCO provides: •24-Hour Emergency Room Advocacy: Trained volunteer advocates provide emotional support, crisis intervention and referral information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to survivors of sexual violence who are receiving care in local emergency departments. SARNCO also works with Deaf Women Against Violence Everywhere (DWAVE) to provide advocacy to deaf survivors who are receiving care in hospital emergency departments. •24-Hour Rape Helpline: Trained volunteers provide emotional support, crisis intervention and referral information over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to survivors of sexual violence, co-survivors and the community. •Long-Term Advocacy: SARNCO provides long-term advocacy and support to survivors and co-survivors who need assistance working with law enforcement, navigating the criminal justice system and with links to other community service during the recovery process. Provides an array of women's health services. Childbirth services include prenatal, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care for pregnant women. Care is provided by certified nurse midwives. Also provides related care services including breast exams, mammograms, bone density testing, pap smears, gynecological services, birth control, and pregnancy testing.

211 Cleveland

Provides low cost screening examinations and mammograms at area locations. Certified nurse practitioners provide cancer screening examinations of the mouth, lymph nodes, rectum, skin and breasts. In addition, women receive a pelvic exam that includes a PAP test. Men are examined for prostate and testicular cancer, and may receive a PSA exam for a minimal fee. No client will be turned away due to inability to pay.
