Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for people who have contracted a disease that is transmitted by sexual contact.

Offers confidential, free examinations conducted by a nurse who is specially trained in providing care to survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic/intimate partner violence. Examinations may include documenting a history of physical/psychological abuse, assessing and documenting current injuries, and collecting forensic evidence. Nurses also provide guidance to further sources of physical, psychological, and legal assistance.

TB tests are performed upon the request of an individual, a referral from a physician's office, or by the request of a local employer. TB skin testing is performed and read by trained professionals. TB testing can be done during normal clinic hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. No TB testing is done on Thursdays. Two-step TB skin testing may be performed within 7-21 days after the first TB test was given. A positive TB test does not necessarily mean a person has active TB. Any individual who has a positive TB test will meet with one of our clinic's trained professionals to review the results, and advise them of what their next step should be. Latent and Active TB Testing, treatment and medication services are available at no cost to individuals in the clinic daily, on a walk-in basis.

Provides participants with a structured day of activities in a safe environment; breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided; for persons with Alzheimer's, a related disorder, or frail elderly. Transportation available.

Provides comprehensive diabetes education program that includes instruction in managing all phases of diabetes effectively. Also offers individual and group instruction.

A series of three group classes providing comprehensive diabetic education. Topics include: effects of diabetes on the body, meal planning, monitoring blood sugar, diabetic medications, activity and exercise and problem solving. Family members and support persons welcome. Individual counseling provided on an as needed basis.

Provides testing and treatment for any individual who suspects they may have contracted a sexually transmitted disease. HIV preventative treatment (PReP) and post-exposure treatment (PEP) prescriptions available.
