Offers supported living services; supported living services is a flexible system of support services enabling an individual with developmental disabilities to live and participate in the community. Program is tailored to the individual and works to increase independent living skills. Services include counseling, medical monitoring, developing peer relationships, vocational training, social skills and adult daily living skills training.

Provides in-home personal care, transportation and assistance with activities of daily living for children and adults with disabilities or special needs, including autism.
