RTC Seniors, located at RTC Industries, is a retirement program providing social interaction and community involvement for Senior Citizens with developmental disabilities. The Senior Group enjoys staying active through bowling, connecting with nature through gardening, keeping minds sharp by playing trivia, singing and various other activities.

Operates a day center for adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs. Daily activities include social, recreational and therapeutic programs. Assist participants in achieving personal goals and accessing services, including: - Personal safety awareness. - Vocational skills. - Independent living skills. - Positive behavioral supports. - Communication skills. - Anger management. - Decision making. - Mobility training. - Sensory development. - Volunteer work. - Obtaining paid employment. - Attending college.

Provides personal and social development opportunities within a supervised, structured environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Services available include daily living skills instruction, recreational and social activities, and community outings. Medication administration, dietary services, and other nursing care is also available for participants.

Offers after school activities for youth ages 6 to 17 who have developmental disabilities. Which include arts and crafts, outside play, reading, movies and homework assistance. During the Dayton Public Schools calendar school year schedule.

The center provides a bridge that connects individuals to the community with referrals to service agencies, providing general and specific information, providing advocacy and peer support and assisting individuals to reach their goal of independent living.

RTC offers different day programs that meet the individual needs of persons served.The Studio is an artistic day program at RTC Employment Services and focuses on discovering individuals' artistic talents. Pos+Abilities is a day program located at the RTC Employment Services building and focuses on skill development to promote independence. Activities include customer service training at Instant Replay, cooking, budgeting, interview preparation, visiting job sites, practicing computer skill and going on community outings.

Offers a training program in producing crafts and fine arts to persons who are handicapped, unemployed, underemployed adults ages 18 or older or seniors age 60 or older. Crafts are sold in a boutique and participants receive 40% of the selling price. Individuals must be referred through a case worker, case manager, or pastor.
