Serves patients with any general medical ailment such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, abdominal pain, emphysema, asthma, headaches, sore throat, cough, and can also perform general physical exams. Also provides respiratory therapy referrals. Diagnostic testing provided for blood tests. Limited cancer screenings provided.
Lab services now offered on site.
If the patients's needs cannot be met, clinic will try to arrange for an appropriate referral. Does not do PAP tests; for those, clinic recommends going to the Kno-Ho-Co Clinic.
Social Services Director/Wellness Coordinator is available to patients to provide resource referral and coordination to address different needs.
- All services have a faith-based message.
