Provides assisted retirement living in a home-like environment for older adults and adults with a mental health diagnosis who require personal care assistance with daily living activities (i.e. bathing, dressing, grooming, and monitoring of medications).

Offers a wide variety of independent living services for individuals with severe disabilities with the objective of helping them to function more independently in family and community settings.

Offers a 300 bed nursing care and retirement community for older adults and the chronically ill. Offers several distinct levels and units of nursing care including: skilled nursing services, independent living, a rehabilitation unit, and two Alzheimer's units.

Work with Individuals with disabilities to train and develop personal strengths, master living skills, overcome barriers, and utilize technologies and resources allowing them to continue living independently and productively within their home and community. The agency strives to train in the areas of assistive technologies, and work with suppliers to advocate for and represent our consumers. We also do a minimal amount of direct services.

Offers Independent Living services for individuals with disabilities. Provides peer support, assistance with finding housing, benefit applications counseling, training in daily living skills, assistance with transition from nursing homes to the community, training in how to employ personal care assistants, and other services to help individuals with disabilities to function at their maximum level of independence within the community setting.
